In sectors considered high risk, where professionals operate in dangerous environments, where instruction and capacity levels of personnel don’t match up, where employees tend to work in shifts and sub-personnel tend to be hired, giving workers the capacity to face potentially risky situations has become a critical factor in improving emergency response so as to reduce personal risks and minimize reduction in productivity provoked by these situations.

This is a complex job, as a consequence of the multitude of factors that can trigger an emergency situation, and the traditional personnel training methods have been demonstrated insufficient.
